Mill Creek Cattle Company in Redlands, California is a family owned fast casual restaurant offering barbeque based menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner in an old style western atmosphere.
The breakfast menu consists of the traditional diner food from omelets plates and pancakes while lunch and dinner menu consist of burgers and barbeque plates with a choice of meat; chicken, tri-trip, brisket, pulled pork and spicy link.
In 2014, Mill Creek Cattle Company was featured in Restaurant Impossible at the Food Network Channel hosted by celebrity chef Robert Irvine. The program is a makeover for failing restaurants where the celebrity chef and his crew redesigns the restaurant and overhaul the menu and this is done in just two days. As it was designed by a professional designer, the restaurant design is tasteful and appealing to the eye.
Visited the place during lunch on a weekday and they are quite busy; it seems the makeover is working. I had the Bleu Burger with a side of sweet potato fries. The fries is very good, crispy on the outside and soft inside and tastes sweet and savory at the same time. The Bleu Burger came with a huge and juicy meat patty, caramelized onions, onions, a slice of tomato, lettuce and with a bleu cheese sauce. It is huge for a burger and very good although there is too much bleu cheese which is almost over powering. Eating the burger is good but messy with the more than abundant sauce.
Service is alright not too good but not bad either. The place is for barbeque which can be messy eating they should have napkins at tables and not ask for it. Mill Creek Cattle is definitely worth going back to.
They are located at 2087 Orange Tree Lane, Redlands CA 92374. Their website is www.millcreekcattlecompany.com.

Love the sweet potato fries, crunchy in the outside and soft in the inside. Hamburgers and sandwiches are the best.
I have been to Mill Creek a few times before and after the Restaurant Makeover and it definitely have and improvement from the food, service and the surrounding. Will definitely be a regular from now on.
One of the best place to get good barbeque in the Inland Empire. I particularly like their barbeque hamburgers.
The place is much better after the Restaurant Impossible makeover, from the food, service and the decor of the place.
Their burgers with the bbq team is the best!
