Set high on a cliff overlooking the spectacular Pacific Ocean in La Jolla, Crab Catcher offers an unforgettable dining experience. Being on the beach, La Jolla in San Diego County is one of the most expensive locations in America.

The specialty is fresh seafood infused with the exciting flavors of California.

The view alone should get five stars and the best seats are outside on the patio.  If you want the perfect place to the see the beautiful view of the La Jolla beach while dining, this is definitely the place.  Like most of the La Jolla Restaurants by the cliff the view is amazing.

We went there on a Sunday for the Sunday Champagne Bruch.. The place is crowded but we were seated immediately.

I had the ABC omelet which came with complimentary champagne and croissant. The omelet has avocado, bacon and cheddar. The sides include crispy red potato and sautéed vegetables: baby carrots and green beans. While the omelet is not only good but also visually appealing, the vegetables are overcooked and limp. The vegetables look like they were cooked the day before. The omelet is really good, it is well seasoned salt and black pepper is not necessary.

The service is impeccable; the wait person is very helpful and knows the menu very well and cheerful as well.
